Since when doest the Roland Garros stadium exist and why this name ?
Roland-Garros is a tennis stadium located in the Auteuil district of Paris, which is now part of the 16th arrondissement. The stadium hosts the annual French Open, one of the four Grand Slam tournaments in tennis. Initially built with 10,258 seats, the stadium has since undergone several renovations, including the addition of a retractable roof over the Philippe Chatrier court. In 2018, a new court called Simonne-Mathieu was opened, increasing the stadium's capacity to 14,911 seats.
